SPAM ACT 2003 - SECT 9 Sending of electronic messages—carriage service providers
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, a person does not send an
electronic message, or cause an electronic message to be sent, merely because
the person supplies a carriage service that enables the message to be sent.
(2)
Subsection (1) is enacted for the avoidance of doubt.
