Interpretation
interactive or click-on access film, means a film referred
to in subsection 14 (4) of the Act.
revised version, in relation to a film, means a film that has
been classified and is subsequently modified, other than by changing the title
of the film, by the addition, deletion or alteration of audio or visual content
in the film.
running time, in relation to a film, means the audio or visual
content of a film measured in elapsed time from the first sound or image to the
final sound or image.
State or Territory includes an authority of a State or
Territory.
title change means a film that has been classified and is
subsequently modified by the replacement of the title under which the film was
classified with another title.
trailer means an audio-visual recording advertising a film or a
computer game that contains selected extracts or images from the film or
computer game that is being advertised.
In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
Act means the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer
Games) Act 1995.
